If you would like to book a taxi for the end of your meal, we would recommend booking one for 10.15pm. Please book in advance as soon as you can as we will not be able to get any on the night or book these for you. For our list of taxi numbers click here.
Wilder Cancellation Policy
As Wilder is a small independent, family run business, we heavily rely on all reservations being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any changes to the booking.
Due to this, card details are required to secure your booking- reservations cannot be made without these details. These will be safely & securely stored by TheFork.
Card details provided are not available to us for use as payment for your bill on the night.
If you were to cancel or reduce your table size with less than 24 hours (or if some of the guests did not turn up or notify us of a cancellation), then unless we can re-sell the table in full a £100pp charge will be taken from the card used when making the booking. The cancellation charge reflects the cost of the food, drink & staffing incurred by us in anticipation of your booking.
If you cancel or reduce your table size with more than 24 hours notice, no charge will be taken.
Please email or call the restaurant directly as soon as possible if you know of any changes or cancellations. Bookings cancelled online within our 24 hour cancellation policy will still be charged. We also ask you to let us know if you are running late for your booking time of 7pm.
