There is no menu!

Wilder is a labour of love; inspiration comes from our own dining adventures in the UK and abroad.  Degustation menus in Sydney and Melbourne, Tapas dishes in Barcelona, and Agriturismo experiences in Italy; all this passion for dining goes into our menus.

Chef Matthew Beardshall has learned from some of the UK’s best Chefs: Gordon Ramsey, Marcus Wareing, Angela Hartnett, Simon Rogan and Martin Blunos.

The menu is inspired by the seasons and of course, the very best produce from the markets.  We use local suppliers and champion food from the South West.

You are in our capable hands: relax, enjoy precious time with your company, and let the food and wine flow.

We have only two options;

Eight-course menu, arrival drink, five alcohol-free drinks matches, tea/coffee and petit four – £115

Eight-course menu, arrival cocktail, five matching wine matches, tea/coffee and petit four £145

As always we treat each guest as an individual and we are always happy to tailor wine flights, etc to your personal taste.
